What time does it start?

Each day of the camp we advise parents/carers to arrive for sign in from 8:30am onwards for an 8:45am introduction.

What time does it finish?

Each day of the camp we advise parents to arrive to sign out from 3pm onwards before the conclusion of the camp at 3:15pm.

is it possible to attend just one or two days of a three day camp?

To get the most out of our camps, we encourage the full 3 day experience, however, if you can’t, Please email tom and brett to arrange something to suit your needs. Email - admin@sasportscamps.com.au

How much does it cost to attend a camp?

Please click on what sport you would like to participate in and the price will appear at the bottom of the page.

What happens after I book online?

Once your booking is processed, you will receive an email confirming your booking with the full camp details and a receipt of your purchase.

Can children be grouped with their friends?

Yes, grouping can be arranged to suit age, ability and friends — Simply inform us of the names of any friends joining when you make a booking. And don’t worry if there are no friends attending — new friends will be made at camp!

What clothing should be worn?

Comfortable sports clothing and footwear is appropriate at all our programs. Cricket whites do not need to be worn at cricket camps. Specific programs may require footwear such as football boots. This will be communicated via the confirmation letter after your booking.

What equipment do children need to bring to the camp?

This depends on the sport. When you book, a detailed confirmation letter with info on what to bring will be made available for download.

What Happens if extreme weather is forecast?

A camp will never be cancelled due to extreme weather. Drop off and pick up times will remain unchanged. In times of extreme weather we modify the program to make the best appropriate use of the venue’s facilities (undercover or indoor areas).

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel a camp place for any reason we will issue you a camp credit for any camp in the future. This credit is transferable to any family member and may be used in any south australian Sports Camps program and has no expiry date.

how do i pay?

Payments are made through our secure website payment gateway via VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Google Pay or Apple Pay. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us via email - admin@sasportscamps.com.au

Can I change camps after booking?

yes thats possible. If you need to change from one camp program to another please contact us via email - admin@sasportscamps.com.au

is equipment provided?

Yes, all equipment is provided. If your child needs to bring ANYTHING to the camp that is specific to their chosen sport, we will inform parents/GUARDIANS of this via the confirmation email sent to you once consent and PAYMENT is made.

Do staff have Working with Children Checks?

yes, all staff have working with children checks.

can parents stay?

Parents are welcome to stay and watch throughout the day but there is no need to. All camps are fully supervised by qualified coaches and camp staff.
