Photographs and video taken at the camps may be used in promotions, marketing or player analysis by South Australian Sports Camps unless requested otherwise (media consent when signing participant up to the camp).

7. TERMS OF SALE
When you place an order for a camp reservation, you are expressing your intention to acquire a service under the terms and conditions outlined below. All orders are contingent upon availability and confirmation of the price.
To engage in a contract with South Australian Sports Camps, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. South Australian Sports Camps reserves the right to decline any request made by you.
Terms & Conditions
When you book a camp place through our web site you will receive a confirmation email as a receipt of your booking. A contract between us for the purchase of the camp place will not be formed until your payment has been processed and debited to your credit or debit card.
Price/Availability
While we strive to maintain the accuracy of all information and prices on our website, errors may occasionally arise. If we identify an error in the price of any service or camp reservation you have made, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the choice to either proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel it. Should we be unable to reach you, we will consider the order cancelled.
Please be aware that we retain the right to rectify any errors or omissions and to amend or update information on our website at any time without prior notice.
Payments
Your order is not complete or binding until payment has been processed and debited to your card account and credited to the merchant account of South Australian Sports Camps.
Discounts
We may offer discount codes which will apply to certain services or camp places. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified.
Refunds
Camp places or service purchases are non-refundable. Our liability will be the supply of the camp place or services again. You can contact us to discuss this via email to admin@sasportscamps.com.au
Camp Credits
Customers who cannot attend camps due to injury, illness or any other unforeseen circumstances can ask for a partial or full camp place credit. Please contact us via email admin@sasportscamps.com.au. Credits can not be supplied unless we are notified before the camp starts.
If a camp cannot run due to circumstances outside our control such as weather events, bushfires, pandemic restrictions and any others, South Australian Sports Camps will transfer the camp place to any other camp of your choice or provide a full camp credit for a future camp.
The camp place credit never expires and can be used at any future programs and can be transferred to siblings, friends or family members.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The staff members of South Australian Sports Camps are authorised to act on behalf of parents and guardians, using their best judgment, in any emergency situation requiring medical attention for the children. Within the limits allowed by law, South Australian Sports Camps and their staff are released from all liability for any injury, illness, damage, or loss incurred while attending the camp.
The information presented on this website is provided without any guarantees or warranties regarding its accuracy. South Australian Sports Camps, along with its staff, suppliers, and content providers, explicitly disclaim all conditions, warranties, and other terms that might be implied by statute, common law, or equity. Any waiver of a provision within the terms of service will only be valid if it is in writing and signed by a Director of South Australian Sports Camps.
